Message of the Dean

Welcome to the College of City and Regional Planning at the University of Duhok. We're honored to lead an academic community dedicated to shaping the future of our urban environments and promoting sustainable development. Planning is not merely a technical profession, but a vital calling to address social, economic, and environmental challenges of urbanization to create a more resilient world. The College offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in multidisciplinary fields, specifically Spatial Planning and City Planning. We are proud to highlight our long-standing and prestigious collaboration with TU Dortmund University in Germany, which remains a cornerstone of our commitment to international excellence and global academic standards. We also commit to continuous academic partnerships with various universities and international organizations committed to academic excellence, student and knowledge exchange, and the promotion of sustainable development in all sectors of the community.
