On Thursday, February 13th, 2025, PhD student, Hendaf Nasruldeen Habeeb, successfully conducted his PhD Dissertation Defense. The defense was conducted in the Cultural and Social Center, University of Duhok.

Under the supervision of Dr. Yaseen Taha Mustafa, the PhD Dissertation is titled:

‏(Spatiotemporal Analysis of Forest Cover Change using Machine Learning Algorithms in Duhok and Amedy Districts, Kurdistan Region of Iraq).
