The college of City and Regional Planning participated in an official delegation to the Netherlands VNG headquarters. Among the delegation was the dean of the college, Dr. Layla M. Raswol, a member of the Tripel Helix agreement with the Duhok Mayoralty and the Chamber of Commerce within the SDLG program.

The delegation lasted from November 16th to November 22nd, 2024 in the Netherlands and where the participants were involved in various seminars and field excursions to a number of locations and projects specialized in aspects of water management, urban management, environment, and more.
