On October 28, 2025, the College of City and Regional Planning hosted a seminar titled “Affordable Housing – An Unresolved Puzzle.” The session was presented by Mr. Ali Ibrahim M. Ameen, Lecturer and PhD candidate at the college.

The seminar explored the complex socio-economic and planning barriers surrounding the delivery of accessible housing in rapidly expanding urban centers.
